The location was good, but the buffet was a mess, nobody seemed to watch the food handling, there were very few waiters, the tables were dirty all the time, and sometimes there were no spoons or bananas at the buffet.

The staff were outstanding, but the TV volume didn’t work.

The lobby feels pleasant, the breakfast lounge on the third floor is nice, and the staff are very kind, yet we’ve known Irotama since childhood and now with our kids we feel the hotel looks “old‑fashioned”; although the lake hotel is supposedly new, it didn’t live up to our expectations and the photos looked much better, it’s not terrible but not a 5‑star hotel by any stretch.

The staff were very helpful, the facilities were nice, the view from the room was great, moving around the towers was easy, and it was quiet, but the buffet food was decent and I’d suggest adding more options between breakfast and lunch.

The rooms were very comfortable, though a kettle would help with early coffee; the restaurants could be better arranged because during peak hours they were too crowded, no tables were available, and service was slow.
