The spot was convenient, yet the room stayed cold because the HVAC never turned off; the bathroom door clashed with the toilet, making it hard to close; the shower water was lukewarm with no pressure, and the handheld sprayer failed; plus, I never received a breakfast voucher or the IHG member package at check‑in.
