“A fuir, arnaque”
I stayed in a room that was badly positioned, noisy, and filthy, with unwashed bed linens and a bathroom that was cleaned but still had cockroaches. There was no front desk, and I had to wait over an hour outside the hotel while multiple phone contacts tried to hand me the keys.
The beds were nice, yet the toilet in our original room was blocked. We were immediately moved to another room, which was resolved without any hassle.

The location was perfect and everything was very hygienic. The bed was fine, and for a single night it was a good stay. Check‑in was quick and efficient, though a bit impersonal, while the WhatsApp contact with the owner was very pleasant and personal; it was nice that Mrs. sent a message to confirm everything was to our liking. The downside was that it was quite noisy, especially from outside—both traffic and people playing loud music all night—so we couldn't sleep well. Inside the building it was also noisy, with sounds from other rooms and the hallway. For one night it was okay, but for multiple nights it would be problematic.

However, the air conditioning in the rooms we booked was not working, making it extremely hot and difficult to sleep; a simple fan would have helped. It's a shame, because otherwise the stay would have deserved a higher rating.
