Friendly staff, clean rooms, TH kurig coffee cups in the room, little gift bag, the restaurant is great, everything was perfect. I travel alone and will be returning 100%. Breakfast was ok. Beggers can't be choosers. But that's the only weak point of the stay

The staff were very attentive when we struggled with the TV remote, extremely pleasant and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good, yet I was disappointed by the temperature of the eggs.

“Good value for the money. Great location.”

The location is good, the room well‑maintained, housekeeping efficient, and staff friendly and professional. At check‑in we received a welcome package with two water bottles and two mini chocolates, implying our reservation was recorded for two guests even though we booked for four. I had booked a room for one adult and three children, but reception said the room only accommodates two people; two extra towels were given for the first night but never replenished. The platform should provide detailed information to the host and facilitate guests accordingly. The ice dispenser on the first floor was broken, so I had to fetch ice from the ground floor. I suggest expanding breakfast options, assigning staff to monitor inventory, and tightening oversight to prevent cross‑contamination, especially with shared serving utensils; while guests should be cautious, stricter supervision is needed to maintain food safety standards.

It was okay, but the bathroom smelled like urine and the light switch was outside the bathroom, which is unacceptable.
