We avoided staying there because the management caused trouble; even though we booked online, they claimed it wasn’t booked and the offline price they quoted was too high and incorrect.

The location, ambience, and parking were all good, but the rooms were not kept clean; when I asked for towels they said they were in the wash, the carpet and bathroom mats were filthy, and the toilets were yellow.
