How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The front door staff handled things well. The room was large and roomy, with plenty of closet space, a bed, a desk, and a refrigerator/freezer. However, there was no hot water in the shower and only a limited cooking stove. The air cooler sometimes dripped or leaked water onto the floor.

The staff were great, and the rooms are very spacious for the price. The place is pet friendly, and I’m grateful for everything. Nothing is missing; everything is perfect whenever I come back.

The location is good and the place is clean. The staff’s attitude was far from courteous; they referred us to other guests in an unacceptable way, accused us of leaving fingerprints on the ceiling—which we didn’t do—and then forced us to pay for it.
