“Spacious triple room, long walk from Nagoya station with only a couple of convenience shops nearby”
We booked a triple room that was surprisingly roomy for three adults each carrying large luggage, and the in‑room washing machine was a real bonus. The beds were more spacious than a standard single and came with USB outlets. One morning the staff helped us book a taxi, but the next day when I asked another employee for airport transport, she told me the hotel didn’t offer that service. On the bright side, the lobby supplied free toiletries and even bath salt. The biggest downside was the 17‑minute walk from Nagoya train station, with no other station nearby and a quiet, dimly lit neighborhood to cross. Every day we had to go from the east side of the station to the west side, which took about 15 minutes—an exposed walk that would feel worse in the rain. Cleaning only started after the fourth night, and no shower caps were available.
