The place was horrible. Someone broke into my room while I slept, so I had to leave and get a refund. There is zero security.

I stayed for a month and was only given a single clean towel, never having the sheets changed at all. The Wi‑Fi stayed down the whole time, even after I told the housekeeper. She didn’t wipe the kitchen counters, didn’t wash the dishes, and blamed me for the dirty counters. She never vacuumed the floors. The fire alarm in the living room and upper hallway kept beeping every 10 seconds to warn that the battery was dying, so loud it kept me up at night. The kitchen door slammed loudly whenever someone opened it, even at 1:30 am, waking me up. I left a bag with a few of my belongings in the living room cabinet, told the housekeeper, and she threw it in the trash. When I asked for my passport, she wouldn’t retrieve it from where she’d discarded it, even though other guests had left items in the same closet and she didn’t throw those away. Stay away if you want to be treated with respect and dignity.

I don’t recommend this place at all; even if you think it’s cheap, I’d pay £3 just to stay there. Bullshit.

Nothing was good. The room was freezing, the bed looked like a bare coil, the shower didn’t produce hot water – everything was terrible. Even if I got paid, I wouldn’t stay again. Be careful. It was winter, and I felt like I might die.
