Breakfast was the only disappointment; the food was warm but not appetizing, though the coffee was good. I loved the suite having a door between the bedroom and sitting room. The bed was great, and the thermostat was very responsive – a good thing!

Breakfast offered a nice selection to choose from. The room wasn’t sound‑proof, and road traffic could be heard.

The door latch on my room was damaged and hard to open or close; it definitely needs repair or replacement.

I never thought I'd write a review, but this place was just awful. It sits right at the junction of two interstates and a few major roads, and my room was on the first floor, right next to those noisy highways. I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor, but the receptionist said the hotel was full, even though the parking lot was almost empty. As an IHG reward member, I expected better. The room had no soundproofing and the glare from passing cars was intense, so I couldn't sleep at all. The bathroom was moldy, and overall it felt like a Motel 6. I will never stay at this brand again.
