The bed was comfy, but the entry light was dead, the microwave switch didn’t work, and the ceiling light was missing. The bathroom had cobwebs, dirty walls, no shampoo, and a broken toilet seat. The TV drawer wouldn’t stay shut, the clock was broken and couldn’t be reset, and there was no do‑not‑disturb sign. Light leaked in through the door about an inch, and when we got there around 3 p.m. the staff seemed to be hanging around the entrance.

“Stay was good but bookings.com sucked”

I ate a decent breakfast, but the booking site didn’t send me a confirmation and the hotel had no record either, so we had to book on the spot and pay extra. I’ll never use that site again.
