The spot was good, and the apartment itself was newly renovated, clean, and well maintained. Check‑in went smoothly and the hosts were always available when we needed something. Emiliana, in particular, was very kind and genuinely tried to help whenever we had an issue, which we really appreciated. Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential, but there’s still quite a bit of room for improvement when it comes to the small details that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The stairs were quite uncomfortable and difficult to climb, especially since there is no elevator and the apartment is on an upper floor. I think this should have been made clearer in the description, as my mother has some mobility difficulties and struggled to get back up to the apartment every evening. The biggest issue for us was the mattress. It felt very worn out and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. When we were completely exhausted after a long day, we could manage to fall asleep, but on days when we weren’t as tired, it was genuinely difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The pillows were also quite uncomfortable (they said they would replace them for future). I also think having a coffee machine in the apartment would be a great improvement. Since the apartment is on a high floor without an elevator, having to go downstairs and outside first thing in the morning just to get a coffee isn’t very convenient.
