Heated rooms deliver mountain views and private showers with fresh linens. Guests enjoy ski‑to‑door access, a drying room, and dedicated ski/board storage. Located 50 minutes from Mansfield and three hours from Melbourne; children under five are not accommodated.

Stuart, the manager, was really on top of things and made everything run smoothly. Unfortunately, Nik seemed indifferent and wasn’t very helpful when I needed assistance. The contrast between the two staff members was noticeable.

The hotel’s spot can’t be beat – right on the ski runs and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even though the rooms were on the small side, they were spotless. I also loved the restaurant on the first floor; the food was solid.

Being right next to the lifts and a handful of cafés made getting around a breeze. Stuart was especially helpful, always ready with directions and tips. Overall, the location made the stay very convenient.

The place sits in a handy central spot, which is nice for getting around. However, the price didn’t match what you get – the heating barely kept the room warm and felt overpriced. Not the best value for the money spent.
