The staff were very friendly and attentive, but I booked in a rush without seeing reviews or specifications; I paid R$300,00 for one night and expected at least a reasonable stay, yet the 14" TV didn’t work, the ceiling fan was also non‑functional, there was no bathroom in the room, and the shared bathroom’s trash wasn’t even collected—terrible.

The location was easy to access, practically central, with shops and restaurants all very close; the service and hospitality were excellent, though I only stayed one night.
