“It was fine and beds were comfortable.”

The location was close to the diving resorts where we booked diving trips while we were there. The staff were friendly and accommodating but the hotel is close on Monday, therefore we only had the security to welcome us. It was weekdays when we were there therefore the resort was empty. We were the only guests and the restaurant was not even open. We were given only 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 small bar soap. We had to ask for more and the staff were kind enough to give us their personal supply. Strange that our room was with A/C but windows cannot be closed and breeze are coming in

The staff were very kind and it quickly became clear they were doing everything they could to satisfy guests. The resort sits between the diving centers and the Padre Burgos center, so we highly recommend it. Nothing to add.

“Resort fantasma”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The breathtaking sunrise views from my room were truly unforgettable, but the overall atmosphere felt eerily deserted, much like a ghost town. On Mondays, the hotel seemed completely deserted, with no staff on duty, the restaurant closed, and no services available. Although the rest of the week didn't have the same level of emptiness, I still felt a sense of isolation, and unfortunately, my room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay.

“Horrible Experience”

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which felt more like a step above camping than a legitimate accommodation. The rooms were located at the bottom of a long staircase, and to make matters worse, the staff seemed completely nonexistent. I didn't expect much in terms of services, but it was still disappointing to find that none were available.

“This property is barely a step above beach camping and should be delisted from booking sites”

I must admit that my recent stay at the Blue Deep resort was a deeply disappointing experience. The property's management seemed to be completely unresponsive, with phone calls and messages going unanswered. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with no soap or fire safety equipment, and an alarming lack of cleanliness, including no fresh towels or room cleaning during my two-night stay.
