I really enjoyed my stay at the Zenzone; the location is great, very close to the cliff and beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a peaceful and comfortable stay. Nothing major; everything was good during my stay.

A great spot right near Black Beach and the staff were really welcoming.

The hotel's location is a real winner - it's right in the heart of the city, so you're just a short walk from all the main attractions. However, the lack of a restaurant or even a snack bar is a major drawback. I was expecting to be able to grab a quick bite or a coffee in the morning, but that wasn't an option. Still, the convenience of the location makes up for it to some extent.

The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable - right on the beach, it's perfect for anyone looking to soak up the sun and sea views. But, despite the great location, the hotel falls short in a few key areas. The staff seem to be MIA most of the time, which is a major letdown, especially when you need help with something. And the rooms, while clean, are in desperate need of some TLC - leaky taps, broken toilets, and dodgy washroom doors are just a few of the issues I encountered.
