Check‑in was quick and the staff were friendly, but the plumbing was old and the sound insulation was poor.

The modern location is easily accessible, offers free parking, many shops nearby, and a “La placinte” restaurant just a 10‑15 minute walk away; it’s very clean, has an elevator, and is recommended for large groups. The buffet breakfast isn’t enough for everyone, and if you arrive later you risk running out of options.

I stayed in a single room, which was just a regular room, but every floor had a covered smoking terrace that was very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the room tidy, with furniture and plumbing in good condition. I asked three times about early check‑in—once when booking, then in emails with the hotel, and finally in the confirmation I was told to send to confirm the booking on the last day before arrival. I never got a reply, so I drove to the hotel unsure if they could let me in early. Early check‑in is possible for a significant extra fee, but the hotel just wouldn’t explain it beforehand. Knowing the details ahead would have let me plan my day differently instead of rushing to the hotel in the morning only to head back into the city later. Also, the hotel sits on a busy road, so after a night’s drive it’s nearly impossible to relax in a room with windows facing the street.
