The chalet was perfect in terms of size and comfort, everything was adequately supplied, the kitchen had all the necessary items, the beds were neatly made, and everything was clean! It had a beautiful location in the mountains. However, there was little staff present. Certain opening times were between half‑9 and 13.30 h and between 15.30 and 18 h, so during both check‑in and check‑out no one was there. We missed nothing because we were very resourceful and took care of ourselves. It is mainly used as a stopover for the journey to another destination.

The reception was friendly, but the trekkers' hut had sheets without towels, was very expensive, and for us cyclists it was more than 2 km uphill, so the location was bad for us.

“Un agosto magnifico”

The campsite was clean, surrounded by greenery with a pool, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent, and the climate was cool. We stayed an extra day but would have liked to stay longer. It is a bit far from the Black Forest, but convenient for visiting southern Germany in general.

“Lehrgeld bezahlt”

The listing said 80 m², three beds, one room, balcony and a parking spot, but I ended up thinking it was a cabin and could pick anywhere from one to six beds. I’ve booked cabins, mobile homes and even sleeping barrels at other campsites, only to discover this place only offers caravan pitches, none of the beds mentioned. My complaint is moot since a pitch was included anyway, yet this mistake keeps happening for other guests. When I asked for a refund through the booking site, they never replied; the platform’s format just doesn’t fit campgrounds (beds instead of persons, rooms, etc.).
