The staff had a very good attitude, but the cleanliness was terrible: hair and bugs on the bed, overall poor hygiene, no tissues in the bathroom, the AC was ineffective and the room felt hot and poorly insulated, making it stuffy. Despite all that, the staff’s attitude was commendable.

The staff were helpful and the bed was good, but I heard loud banging on the ceilings and walls, the room was too small, and the neighboring establishment was dirty.
