“Home away from home”
The front desk staff were professional and the check‑in was swift and easy, especially Crystal who was very welcoming and polite. The room above us had a few little ones running around; if you’re on the lower floor expect some noise, but we were fine with it.
We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the morning pool access; our room was clean, spacious, and we believe we were upgraded to a nicer suite due to technical issues during check‑in. The kitchen area was a huge mess and disgusting, and when we checked in late at night we didn’t have a key for the facilities because the front desk was having computer problems; fortunately she used her master key to let us in for the night and left a key for us to pick up in the morning.
“If you don't mind stairs this is a very nice place (no elevator)”
The room was clean and well stocked, and breakfast was always great with an omelette bar, biscuits/gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, breads/pastries, juices, yogurt, hard‑boiled eggs, fruit, etc. When I checked in they didn’t mention the $100 for incidentals that would be refunded; I thought I’d been overcharged, so I called the hotel to clarify that I would get a refund on my credit card, which I did. If they had mentioned this, I wouldn’t have needed to call back.

With NO elevator we were not exactly thrilled that check in took longer than anticipated. Room was located on the ground lever but it was a long check in
