An excellent place, just a 5 minute walk from the port. The shower had no warm water.

I went to the front desk thinking they could book my ferry to Senaru in Lombok, but they mistakenly booked me a ticket to Sanur in Bali. I only realized at the port that there were no more ferries to Lombok that day, so I had to stay an extra night, scramble my itinerary, and cancel already paid excursions and hotel nights. I missed the Gili Islands, which was a once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience I can’t afford to lose again. I asked only for reimbursement of the €138 (IDR 2,790,000) I lost, and the next day they gave me a pile of banknotes with a Post‑it that read “2,790,000”. I didn’t count the money on the spot, and it turned out there wasn’t that much. If you don’t want to deal with tourists or provide good service, you can choose another job, but stealing from someone who’s already left a review isn’t smart.

The hotel is nice, located in the center. Rats were running on the roof of our room. The shower had cold water. There was no Wi‑Fi in our room or nearby for the first three days of our stay. If you need to rent a scooter, don’t go through this hotel; we waited more than an hour for one to be brought to us, and there was only one helmet for two people. They refused to give us a second one, and we had to negotiate for a long time and get angry to get a second… not serious at all.

The pool was clean and the rooms were comfortable. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, and there was a lot of noise very early in the morning because of the diving club’s gas bottles.

The location and staff were fine, but the room was dirty—my sheets had yellow stains when I arrived—plus it smelled bad, was poorly insulated, and I couldn’t sleep. The air conditioning didn’t work, adding heat at night. I wanted to use the pool, but divers were practicing and I couldn’t swim; that’s unacceptable if you’re paying for a pool. The Wi‑Fi barely worked. The bad cleaning caused me allergic rashes from dust mites, something I’ve only had in this hotel out of all the places I’ve stayed.
