After the meeting at 8 pm, guests enjoyed interacting with each other, and breakfast was good; the bathroom could use more chairs for the faucet.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable, but the bedding might need updating.

The location is a short walk from the center of Abashiri, surrounded by nothing and perched on a seaside hill, making it very quiet and offering great stargazing at night; although I didn’t use it, seafood bowls can be delivered, and I had a simple breakfast; no particular complaints.

Standing on a seaside bluff, the view was fantastic. The area around the hotel was empty, so walking to restaurants or a convenience store was a hassle, but the fact that it sits in a quiet natural setting is the main appeal, so I understand why it’s like that.

The spot offers the best view of all the mountains on the Shiretoko Peninsula.
