“Hotel muy confortable, muy bien ubicado y muy bien atendido, que se necesita para descansar.”

I really liked how friendly the staff were, the location, and the room they gave me was beautiful, comfy and fully equipped. The Nespresso machine, pods, sugar, coffee mate, water for coffee, the snacks (chocolates, chocolate bars, chips), the fridge, and the overall room setup were all great. The restaurant could do better, though they tried to please me; I wanted pancakes or waffles for breakfast (though I didn’t order them), didn’t see that option, and the coffee could improve—coffee lovers would love this, especially in Colombia where the coffee should be excellent. I also would have liked more spa services for facial skin care, etc.

The room was huge and comfy, but the parking service was pretty average for both entry and exit.

We checked in at 5:00 am and woke up to an elderly couple fast asleep. All I could say was “Ola” and realized that room was already taken.
