The location was spot‑on for exploring, and the whole hotel was clean with my room kept spotless, yet the staff were clueless and unhelpful—after we confirmed a Jain meal twice, they still served us Chilli Chicken, insisted on “checking with the kitchen” before removing the meat, and the restaurant service was a mess, arriving late or missing items. They also wouldn’t unlock an ₹8 channel for the FIFA World Cup even when I offered to pay, and they refused to give me a working Sony remote for the smart TV so I could use my own subscription, making the stay a disaster.
