The spot is super convenient, just a short walk from the falls and there are plenty of local spots to eat nearby. The rooms were clean and quiet, but the parking costs extra and in the triple room the third bed wasn’t made. The breakfast was pricey for what it offered.

The location is great, staff are helpful, and the pool is a nice bonus—my kids can swim when it’s too hot outside. The rooms feel a bit dated; a little update, especially the bathroom and door, would improve the experience.

We only stayed one night, yet the place was convenient for our needs and the location was fine. We booked a room for five people and it worked out pretty well. Nothing special about the property—very simple but clean and functional. I slept on the sofa bed, which was somewhat uncomfortable, but it didn’t bother me much. We didn’t use breakfast, so I’m not sure how it was. For those with higher expectations it might not be the best, but the price was really good. The sofa bed was the only drawback.

The facility may be old but it’s clean, and while it’s a bit far from the falls it’s close to Clifton Hill with many restaurants nearby. The distance from the main attraction is a downside, but the lively nights at Clifton Hill make up for it.
