The place was abandoned and I wasn’t notified beforehand. I had to find new accommodation because this spot had no owner.

Incredible! The metro station! The restaurants aren’t tourist traps, all good. I loved everything, nothing to criticize.

The apartment offers a spacious area and an extremely comfortable bed, but the ventilator blew a lot of dust around the room, which was a bit irritating.

At first the property looked good, the apartment itself was nice, the location was central, and the price was reasonable, but many issues emerged and it ended badly. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work for several days until they fixed it, apologized, and gave me sweets. About ten days after arrival the neighboring building began demolition, so my apartment shook and the noise was unbearable; construction ran from 7‑8 am to 5 pm, yet I wasn’t told it would happen mid‑stay. I didn’t plan to wake up at 7 am on vacation, so the day before demolition started I was out late, came home, and couldn’t sleep. The next day I woke at 7 am, couldn’t sleep because the noise was painful, got sick, and texted them that it was unprofessional they hadn’t informed me. They offered another apartment on 15 June, but it was already 10 June and they said demolition would finish on 15 June, so what was the point? I couldn’t sleep properly for the next five days, stuck inside listening to the noise and shaking. I asked for a refund for that time, believing they should compensate. When I booked, nobody told me I’d have to endure that for 6‑7 days. Then five days later the washing machine broke and leaked water everywhere; I had clothes on the floor next to it, and they got ruined after soaking for at least nine hours. The machine always made clothes too wet, had no dryer, and the drying option didn’t work. They came and fixed it a day or two later, but the internet stopped again, dying for about an hour or so from time to time.
