“快適でした”
The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and I didn’t have any complaints.
“値段は手ごろだったが、それなりのホテル、悪くはないと思います”
There was a coffee machine in the lobby where we could get a free drink. However, the bath operated on a gender‑swap schedule, giving women very little time, and both the bath and changing rooms were cramped and crowded.
“いいホテルです”
The service was excellent, and I had no issues.
“いつもどおり”
The breakfast was good and the smart cleaning worked well, but the toilet felt old.
“ホテル利用で疲れました。”
We took a taxi from Yamanashi‑shi Station after 8 pm, but the cars disappeared and when we called the number given at booking, it didn’t reach the hotel and an operator took the call. All three taxi firms they suggested were based in Kōfu or Shioya and refused service because they had no local office. After about half an hour a local driver finally arrived. I thought nobody was at the hotel, yet a staff member was waiting at the front desk. When I mentioned the anxiety from waiting for the taxi and the phone issue, the response felt indifferent. The large public bath was the only one, with a gender‑swap time limit, and because of our arrival and departure times we couldn’t use it either at night or in the morning.
