The price‑quality ratio was acceptable overall, and the shower head delivers a strong, hot spray. The terrace on the room is wide, though shared with other rooms. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, leading to good sleep. There’s ample free parking right in front of the building, and the check‑in staff were very kind. However, the breakfast was underwhelming, offering very limited options that were mainly sweets; savory choices like toast or focaccia were available but at extra cost. The room itself feels cramped, and I’d suggest removing the chairs at the foot of the bed to give guests more space, especially since they look a bit dated. Unfortunately, all the doors are very noisy, so from 7 am onward, when people start waking up and moving through the corridors, it becomes impossible to sleep. There were also some maintenance issues in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and the dinner restaurant was great. Breakfast could be improved in both quantity and quality. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the town centre—but because the bar is open to everyone, I heard the bar patrons talking late into the night on a late‑summer Saturday evening when people were sitting at the outdoor tables.

The staff tried to accommodate an allergy at breakfast. The room on the second floor had no elevator and no air conditioning, and the wooden floor creaked. Aside from breakfast, everything else seemed fine, but it felt like some rooms had AC while ours didn’t, even though we booked two months in advance. Our son stayed in a poorer‑condition dependance than we did.

The restaurant was very good. The place wasn’t clean; on the balcony there was a catastrophically dirty ashtray and cigarette butts on the floor.
