I appreciated the bed, the swimming pool, and the view, but the front office reception—especially the lady receptionist—was not good. Before arriving we called to confirm the room, and they immediately denied we had any bookings, refusing to provide a room even though we had booked more than 15 days in advance. They indirectly implied we should have booked through them only, which was very disappointing. The hotel itself may be good, but my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and behaved unprofessionally. Good hospitality starts with respectful communication, and I did not receive that during my interaction. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer‑service training to the staff.
