The place was fairly clean, but there were several issues: no mineral water, no bath towel, the phone was broken so we couldn’t call the front desk, and we were exhausted that day, so we didn’t bother to give feedback.

The staff were very courteous and let me check in much earlier than usual. The hotel is quite far from the busy parts of Batu Aji, so it’s quiet during the day and not much happens nearby. I only booked one night after reading the reviews, and the hotel really needs a major overhaul—room and bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the sheets and covers were worn, and it doesn’t deserve a 2‑star rating. Very disappointing.

The service was terrible—bad toilet, air‑con not cooling—so I’m disappointed and hope they upgrade everything and improve service.

The room was old and smelled bad, even the pillow had a strong odor that I had to cover with a towel. The toilet light was too dim and the place was noisy because it’s close to the karaoke, with the noise continuing until 2 am.
