The balcony was nice, but the AC didn't work well and the TV wouldn't play Netflix.

The breakfast buffet had good options, but we ordered from the menu instead. The food was prepared to our specifications and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The facilities are well maintained and the amenities suit all age groups. We were there to celebrate a big birthday and it would have been nice if the hotel staff had acknowledged it. Also, the upscale restaurant only opens Thursday through Monday, so we had to go offsite for the birthday dinner.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the customer service was exceptional. It would be great if breakfast were automatically included.
