The place looked nice and was close to where I was headed, but we had to leave right away for a concert and when we returned we found two cockroaches in our room, which was disgusting. It was late, so we had nowhere to go, and I couldn't sleep all night worrying about more pests. We told the front desk, and they only refunded our parking, which made me unhappy. I will never stay here again.

I was happy that the hotel was clean and close to my event, but I got locked out of my room and had to walk up 17 floors because the elevators were broken.
