The parking gates close on weekends because of beach traffic, and if no staff are around to open them, it’s inconvenient. The Nespresso capsules should be refilled daily for a four‑star hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Alexis Hotel in Boucan Canot. The welcome was warm, the staff friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The location was also great for fully enjoying Boucan Canot, the Ermitage beach, and the surrounding area. We especially liked the quality of the stay and the care given to guests. A lovely address that we gladly recommend! Nothing major to complain about.

“Séjour en famille”

The hotel is well situated in Boucan‑Canot, close to the pedestrian street. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves good food. The building is nice and the pool is pleasant, with cool water early in October. The bed feels a bit soft, and while the breakfast selection is varied, it would be better if there were more homemade items like sweet or savory cakes and pancakes. There is no water fountain available for guests.
