1. The young man at the reception desk was extremely helpful and enthusiastic, offering great support—from guiding me on how to explore the city to helping me look up train ticket information. 2. The hotel is located on a lively street with plenty of restaurants and shops, which is very convenient. 3. My room was tidy and clean, although the facilities were a bit outdated. 4. The room next door (occupied by another member of my family) was noted to have slightly dirty bedding and an air conditioner that didn’t cool well. => Overall, it’s worth the price—not too fancy, but good enough for a comfortable stay if you’re not too picky

There are many restaurants because it’s in a pedestrian zone. The room lacked a hair dryer and the bedside lamp was broken, and it was noisy because the bar next door had no parking. The air conditioner was weak and not cool. When I checked in, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a receptionist and had to call the manager’s number to finally see a receptionist. This is the first time I’m giving a one‑star review.

The hotel is on a large main road and located in the lively western district at night. The area below the hotel has a bar and a pedestrian street, so it’s quite noisy, especially in the evening.
