Breakfast was good to start as a lot of choice as it was Chinese New Year then the second week very limited. Paid for the executive lounge which was not available. Given alternative the first week in the ground flour buffet and the second week at the 2nd floor chinese restaurant. These are not a lounge where you can unwind after work. Send and receive emails whist chilling

Despite some minor issues, this hotel has a lot to offer. The overall experience was positive, with friendly staff and a comfortable stay. However, the limited English proficiency of some staff members created a slight inconvenience for guests.
