I didn’t stay at the property. My booking was cancelled at the 11th hour. I’m yet to get back my full refund.

The location and description of the facilities looked perfect for my needs. Sadly I was unable to enjoy a stay because the room was overbooked. The owner sent ID requests in advance. I responded with a scan of my passport. Upon arrival it took an hour of texts, emails and voicemails before I learned the room had been overbooked and was no longer available.
The location is fine near the bus stop and shopping centre. The property is not always kept clean; the kitchen needs tidying if you plan to use it. I recommend the owners check the kitchen and corridor tidiness regularly.
I usually don't bother with reviews, but this was so bad I had to cancel on the day of arrival because of “over booking.” I had already paid for the dates, yet I ended up paying almost three times the usual price since it was a Saturday, and I had to scramble for another hotel. When I called the operator, he was dismissive, didn’t answer my questions, and his English was poor. Overall, the service was just terrible.
