櫃檯接待人員非常的熱情，有任何問題他們都會竭盡所能的幫忙，我請櫃檯幫我預約隔天早上7:30的taxi, 結果隔天taxi說忘了派車過來，櫃檯幫我安排飯店的雪場接駁車送我到車站，好險趕上了巴士. 房間的排水孔會散發出惡臭，換過一次房間還是一樣的問題，最後用塑膠袋封住了流理台跟浴室的排水孔解決

“You get what you pay for. Cheap run-down hotel. But its in a nice quiet area of town and lovely staf”

The staff were extremely kind and very welcoming! The breakfast was the same daily, but it had lots of options and it was good :) The hotel is not in the busy side of town, so it was nice to be out of the chaos. Also, there were so manly snow monkeys around so that was pretty cool. Also really nice area to walk around and explore. You get what you pay for. This hotel is the cheapest accommodation in the area so you don’t get anything fancy. The room smelled REALLY bad, and the beds were uncomfortable. Our light would not turn off unless you took the "key card" out which also turns off the heater. So we had to sleep with the light on or freeze. Also the light fittings were falling out of the roof. The hotel is super run down. BUT it was fun to explore, and it would have been a cool place back in the days. If you just need a place to sleep on a budget, then this may be the best option. Just don’t have high expectations

“Very overpriced and tiny room, tiny bathroom. Rooms were old and functional (mostly) but not very nice.”

It had a good. breakfast buffet and a basic onsen, so that was convenient. The bathrooms were tiny and plastic. Our first room smelled of sewage, the second room only had scalding hot water. Overall the room and bathroom together were like staying in an old and small tv. It was a 15 min walk uphill from the bus terminal. Overall was very very overpriced for what you get
