The hotel sits right in the town centre, making it very convenient, and the staff were friendly; the grounds were beautiful and gave me a chance to unwind. They also arranged a round‑trip taxi to a remote resort for me, which was a huge help. However, the room lacked a hair dryer, tissues and hair conditioner.

I always go spend my holidays in Casa- it has a homecoming vibe and atmosphere- the nature side of it is a bonus . The food in the restaurant is always good and the staff- all around from the booking - especially when we live overseas- they are a tremendous help . The staff in the restaurant too. When i was there last Summer - April the restaurant manager was so accommodating and did a very well job in the midst of busy season of the year. The security guard attendant to details. I think there is an area to improve the access with heavy luggages. This time when we visited - we were eight (8) people - maybe a ramp alongside the stairs where we can roll our luggages as we walk down the steps would be very good

The breakfast was well-prepared, neatly presented, and offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary needs. Every dish was freshly made, maintaining quality and flavor, and the attractive presentation added to the experience. The spread included main dishes, side items, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and a range of hot and cold drinks, giving guests plenty of choices. Food was served at the right temperature and replenished quickly, so everyone had access to fresh meals throughout. The serving area was clean and the food was organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the breakfast was satisfying and enjoyable, reflecting the establishment’s commitment to quality service, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail. We found nothing to dislike about the place; our stay was truly enjoyable and met all expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the peaceful surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and the overall service excellent. A small suggestion would be to provide slippers for guests, which would add comfort and convenience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making our stay at Casa San Pablo memorable. We would gladly recommend it to others and look forward to visiting again.

“Casa San Pablo Vacation”

The location is near our favorite lake in San Pablo. The swimming pool needs redesigning or relocation within the property, just a suggestion.
