Good location, very friendly staff, clean building, and well‑climatized environment. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The coffee machine wouldn’t turn on, and there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, but perhaps the owners were unaware of these issues.

The host’s welcome was warm. The bathroom needs a full renovation; a nice shower is essential.
