The stay was very good, the hotel and staff were recommended, but there was a downside.
The hotel was clean and the location was excellent.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by the absence of a pool, which was a major letdown for me. The hotel's lack of amenities was evident from the start, and the absence of a pool was just the tip of the iceberg. The hotel's shortcomings were numerous, and I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated with my choice of accommodation.
“Good hotel and excellent service”
The staff were friendly and the hotel was pet friendly, with no complaints.
“Left my phone charger in my room would love to have it back”
I didn't have any particular positives or negatives to mention.
