How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The breakfast was very nice, served at the table with eggs made to order. Dinner was exceptional in quality and service, even though every table was booked and occupied. The family room was spacious and well appointed, just as described. The drainage in the bath area was problematic—water collected and spilled into the dry area.

The welcome, service, and hospitality from the owners throughout our stay were very pleasant and family‑like. The location in the heart of the village with a garden restaurant and a private terrace gives this boutique hotel a unique charm. The contemporary design gives the rooms a beautiful mountain character. The restaurant table is the reference in the village with a varied menu and a very nice cellar. The entire staff is charming, attentive, and very helpful. The private parking a few minutes away is very appreciated. This address is highly recommended in the beautiful village of Grachen, with superb hikes starting from the village, including the Bisses trails. A very convenient and easy bus access from the city center to go to Zermatt for the day! A place we will happily return to 💕.
