This place is pretty handy if you're heading to jl.junjungan, just a short walk away. One issue we had was with the air conditioning, which didn't quite work as expected.

I loved the location - it's a short walk to Kuliner Ria Surabaya and Tunjungan Plaza, and the hotel itself is clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet is massive, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. That said, our room was a bit basic, with no fridge or hairdryer, and we had to ask for a toilet roll refill.

The front desk team, especially Dimas and his crew, are really friendly and make you feel welcome. One thing that would make my stay even better is if the hotel was a no-smoking property - not a huge deal, but it would be nice.
