The room was neat and okay for the price. The ac was working perfectly. 1. They do not give complementary toothbrushes. 2. The soap dispenser mounted on the wall was bad, and instead of fixing it, it was held together with a rubber band. 3. The coffee cup was just upturned onto the fridge. No saucer, no tray, no teaspoon

The hotel itself has some nice touches, like the clean and cozy rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. However, I have to say that I was a bit worried about the security of the building. The front door was left unlocked for most of the time I was there, and the lock on my room door was a bit flimsy. It's a shame, really, because with a bit more attention to security, this place could be a real gem.

The hotel itself isn't terrible, but the service is a major letdown. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and their attitude was really off-putting. It's a shame because the rooms are okay, but the poor service makes it hard to recommend.

I've gotta say, this hotel's location is a real winner - it's a short walk from the city center, which makes it super convenient. The cleanliness of the place is also top-notch, I was really impressed with how spotless my room was. The staff are also really on the ball, they're always quick to answer any questions or help with anything I needed. As someone who runs a travel agency, I'd definitely recommend this place to my clients - it's a solid choice.

It was a decent stay, the place had a nice atmosphere and the room was spotless. The air conditioning worked fine and there was always hot water available. The bed was made and the electricity stayed on all night. However, I was a bit miffed that they didn't have sugar for tea, so I had to make do without it. It's worth taking your own drinks and snacks, as they seem to be rationed.
