The beautiful spot is within walking distance of the center of Pietrasanta and the lovely pool. Nothing else.

The location is great for reaching various places, the area is quiet and safe, the outside of the B&B looks very nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms need to be made more modern—for example, the single beds are too small for adults, the TV with two remotes cannot be seen, and the old air‑conditioner emits a bad odor (my room was the one that was not renovated, while the others were updated). Overall, it was a nice stay.

Everything was wonderful. From the lovely location and the minimal paperwork at check-in, through to the comfortable room, the very well-maintained swimming pool and the excellent Italian breakfast, right through to the superb interaction with the owner, who was able to resolve all the issues we raised brilliantly
