“Excellent for families or a group of friends.”

The family home was huge and cozy, fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dedicated parking spot and a large pool, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience, though it was a bit far from the center of the action and the room lacked sufficient lighting.

“Excellent, hope to return next month.”

The staff around the pool area were excellent and attentive. The only issue was that people were playing loud music around the pool, which drowned out the music provided by the complex.

A simpatia da senhora que se encontrava na receção foi 5 estrelas. A sujidade com que foi encontrada a vivenda, teias de aranhas, aranhas pelo teto. As almofadas estavam com cabelos por dentro das fronhas e os armários e os próprios quartos com cheiro a mofo Escadas com sujidade, gavetas com madeiras soltas. Tínhamos o vidro da sala partido… ao menos avisaram ao check in, mas não foi logo visto e mesmo assim entregaram a casa naquele estado……. Passamos cerca de 1h à espera de solução sem desfazer as malas, não fomos basicamente compensados em relação ao tempo perdido mesmo após a situação. Acabaram apenas por fornecer um gelado pois havia pessoas que não bebiam e uma cerveja a quem bebia no bar Acabaram por nos entregar uma outra vivenda, quase 2h depois de termos chegado ao local… essa realmente encontrava-se limpa pois até ao abrir a porta veio o cheiro a limpo No dia seguinte ao pequeno almoço o atendimento foi péssimo, a forma como a senhora da sala falou connosco em relação aos pedidos, menu etc…assim que chegou uma outra colega o atendimento mudou logo e começou a perguntar se queríamos algo mais… ficamos bastante desiludidos com tudo e com todo o sucedido… acabamos por nem usar a piscina Durante a noite e manhã andavam a tocar as campainhas e a fugir… não há qualquer controlo

I stayed here for two nights during a family holiday. The property was clean, which was very noticeable upon arrival. It was well furnished, had a modern look, working AC, and a complete kitchen with clean pots and utensils—helpful for self‑catering. The property is a little further out of town, closer to the new town—about a 15‑minute walk. The complex has a pool, but we found there was not much to do because it rained. It would be nice to have a slightly bigger restaurant and more child‑friendly amenities. The reception’s information and friendliness varied; this may just be a different approach, but as a visitor it’s important for the business to maintain consistency. We had a good stay before moving on.
