The front‑desk staff were very attentive, warm, and helpful, which really satisfied us during our stay. However, the room cleaning could be done with more care and detail. The pool also needed more regular attention, as there were quite a few algae and deposits. Overall, we appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff, which made our stay very pleasant, and we hope these few points can be improved to make the experience even better.

A wonderful place to unwind, with a handy location, spotless rooms, daily housekeeping and a solid breakfast, plus a very friendly staff and a gorgeous rooftop pool that feels less worn‑out than the pricier neighboring hotels. Every few days a foul smell would drift from the bathroom for no clear reason; the room would be empty all day after cleaning, and by evening the toilet would emit an eye‑burning odor. The drains in the bath and toilet were overflowing, and flushing the toilet ten times barely helped. When we called a staff member, he only sprayed deodoriser and told us to air out the room and turn on the fan. It was an unpleasant issue that popped up a couple of times over the ten‑day stay.
