The house is big and accommodating, but I was quite disappointed with my experience this time around, especially because I had booked in advance and expected everything to be ready for my arrival. When I arrived, I was left standing outside while Happiness had to find a room for me and prepare it while I was already there. What made the situation more disappointing was that there were other guests who had arrived after me who appeared to be catered for, despite the fact that I had booked earlier. From my perspective, this felt unfair and left me wondering why my arrival had not been properly anticipated. I usually book at this establishment around this time of year because there is often a church camp taking place at Moyo School, and I have always found this accommodation convenient for that purpose. During my previous stay, everything ran smoothly and my needs were well taken care of, which is why I had no hesitation in booking again. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the same standard. I understand that things can sometimes happen unexpectedly, but I believe that guests who have booked in advance should have their rooms ready and be properly accommodated upon arrival. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as I would like to see the establishment maintain the level of service I experienced during my first stay.
