The hotel is very pretty and cozy, with large, comfortable rooms and great views from the terrace. Nothing negative.

Everything: the facilities, the surroundings, etc. The fridge is missing and the bathroom is tiny (though well used).

On Sunday 11 October at 13:00, while we were storing our luggage in the car, my bag was stolen from the car seat inside the parking lot of Hotel Qgat, along with the car keys and all my documents. Even though everything was recorded on the hotel cameras, they wouldn’t help or take responsibility. According to the police it was the second robbery of the day in that hotel’s parking lot.

The setting, very good location. The dinner + breakfast. Dinner dessert (tarte Tatin) that wasn’t a dessert and reheated in the microwave, elastic. The lunch (Saturday) during opening hours (arrived 9:45), cruel lack of raw materials: no more bread, no more preserves, no more eggs or bacon, no more fruit, no more cheese, no more cups for coffee, forced to take drinking glasses. Empty tables not cleared, forced to ask to clear one of them to sit. Staff not involved and you feel like a nuisance when you ask them for something. In short, a catastrophe and especially not worthy of a hotel that claims to be 4‑star. I raised the issue at reception but quickly understood it would do nothing. No discount or commercial gesture was offered. Very disappointed.

Spacious and clean room. Modern. Comfortable bed. Some friends were in a room above the party hall. There was music and they didn’t change the room.
