While I found the property and staff to be pleasant, I was disappointed by the hotel's housekeeping and maintenance standards. The rooms were not ready for handover, and the support staff could benefit from some hospitality training. With a bit of improvement in these areas, this hotel could be a great place to stay.

“Good location and polite staff, but the overall experience was disappointing”

I was initially drawn to this hotel due to its great location, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events. The washroom lacked basic amenities like handwash, and the landline phone in my room was not functioning. To make matters worse, the door lock got jammed, trapping me inside. The staff took an inordinate amount of time to respond to my requests, and they even forgot to serve my breakfast.
