The little courtyard with its comfy patio set was a real highlight, and the kitchen had everything we needed while the bedroom looked lovely. The host was super friendly and even let us check in early and leave late. The only downside was spotting a few insects in the bathroom a couple of times – probably just a spray away.

The place works like a shared house, and it's close to a little market which was handy. Unfortunately, the third room doesn't have its own bathroom, so you have to get dressed and walk through the common hallway to use the bathroom next door, which feels a bit awkward.

Our room was tidy, roomy and nicely set up, and the shared spaces – especially the kitchen – had all the basics. The big yard was perfect for the kids to run around. The only hitch was that the mattress was a little softer than we prefer.

The place was surprisingly quiet and had a sleek, modern vibe, which made our family getaway really enjoyable. We'd definitely go back.

The house itself was full of character and sat in the heart of Kavarna, just a couple of minutes from the Rock Alley. We got the keys from a lockbox, checked in straight away and had the whole place to ourselves – no other guests around. It came with a coffee maker, a tiny gym, a BBQ‑ready yard, a fully stocked kitchen and living area, plus two bathrooms on each floor, which made our stay very comfortable.
