How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Comfortable beds, no key fobs, friendly staff, a terrace on the first floor, and despite being in the city centre, there was no noise (the room faced the courtyard, and I stayed during the week). The location was perfect. The bed was too close to the TV and a few areas weren’t clean; these two points don’t affect my overall rating but are suggestions for better comfort.

Clean, spacious rooms, very polite and courteous reception staff, and the location in the old town is a huge plus. I could store my luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. I recommend this place!

The hotel is in the city centre, close to bus and railway stations, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room called “Deluxe” was indeed roomy, which explains the name. The bed frames creaked, the mattress had a stain, the carpet was old, and the blankets were worn, but the worst was the shower: you can’t control the temperature, flow, or direction.

The location is right after the old town when heading from the station, making travel to the station very convenient. The room had a fan, so I could dry my hand‑washed laundry with it. However, there was no hair dryer in the room, so I had to borrow one from the front desk, but the front desk closed at 10 pm and didn’t help. The power outlet was far from the bed, so I had to move to charge my devices.
